I highly recommend the Atkins diet to anyone who is obese and has PCOS. The book is only $5 at walmart or even costco or a book store. It will tell you all about the low carb way of eating, and you can succeed. If low fat failed you, then low carb is definitely for you. I have lost 30lbs and have 15 to go.
