My foot swelling was due to the pcos. for whatever reason, i retained fluids,like, everywhere. my feet had some mild swelling and (i was not obese) since i've been on the met and aldactone, all of the swelling is gone! i was very pleased to see my ankle bones again...so. hope that helps some.
