Hi,

Your overeating may be due to the carb cravings associated with the pcos.

I used to have this strange compulsion to continue eating after some meals, I think it was usually sweet or savory carbs, but I always used to assume everyone else had it cause I didn't know any different.

But when I started on a combination of met and low carb (sugar busters), they went away and I suddenly worked out that I had been suffering for the carb cravings for about the past 15 or so years. Now I am more able to distinguish between the occasional cravings and hunger and the need to control my eating had almost gone (as long as I continue the low carb stuff).
