I'm not trying to put you down or be harsh, but do you think the reason you over eat is because of the carb cravings? I don't have that problem and I'm trying to understand it because my mom says she has a problem with over eating. I can see that if someone has severe carb cravings that they would be compelled to et until the craving is gone. I'm also sure that there is an emotional reason why people over eat but I thought maybe that the carb cravings might be a part of why you would over eat.
