i think i may have said this before (i have a short memory!) but after my no period for 6-8 months, i had one that was absolute hell. i couldn't even get out of bed. i called my doc because (my endo) i thought i was dying. (only slight exaggeration!) anyway, she said that since i hadn't had one for so long that the lining was shedding finally, because when i hadn't had a period for that long the lining just keeps building up. this is also about a month after i started glucophage. anonc...queen of the run-on sentence...
