Hey! I had my tubes tied during my one and only laparoscopy so i can't tell you if it's any worse. it took a few days to heal. you have to take it easy for about a week with no excercising. i am 29 and have 2 children. even though i thought about this for a few years before i did it and knew logically that it was the best choice, i still felt depressed afterwards because of the finality of it. i just wanted to warn you that you may encouter that too. mine passed after about a week. i baby-sat a 1 year old overnight last night and that took care of any lingering doubts about my decision. i enjoy my sleep too much. good luck, and God bless.
