Vasectomy? I know it's not real popular with most guys, but it is much less painful and a minor procedure in comparision to tubal ligation. It usually takes 30-45 minutes in the dr.'s office and recovery is much less invasive. Talk to your dr. about it, you will probably find that most will recommend a vasectomy over ligation in most instances. The hardest part may be convincing your husband. Remind him of what you have put into the reproductive aspect of your relationship - birth control pill side effects, hormone fluctuations, PCOS and all it's glory, pregnancy/delivery, paps/pelvics, on and on.
