I definitely have the same problem which confused me since I have high testosterone but I think there is a direct physical relation to the PCOS even if it's just something some malady that some people are prone to( that also have PCOS.) Because I wasn't on the pill until a week ago and my once great sex drive disappeared long before my outward PCOS symptoms manifested themselves and way before I took the pill.
