Take the time *before* you get married to discuss this fully with your partner. He can stimulate you orally or manually even if he can't achieve an erection, and it will also be enjoyable for him (just as women enjoy sex sometimes even if they don't have an orgasm). And don't be shy about masturbating, and make sure he won't have a problem with that or feel inadequate. The last thing you want is for him to have ego problems and then avoid sex all the time! Good luck. I don't have all the answers but after 14 yrs of marriage (at least 10 of them with undiagnosed PCOS) I have some experience of what might work and what definitely doesn't. You can email me if you like. Carla PS I'm reading these messages on the web. How can I get them sent through email instead? Anyone know?
