Annie, I know others have probably pointed this out to you but you do realize that PCOS itself is NOT caused by ovarian cysts?? It's got to do with insulin and other hormonal problems. The cysts are just one symptom of the problem. So even after a hysterectomy you would still have many of the PCOS problems that plague you.

I am not sure about the pain though, honey that sounds just awful. And that suspicious cyst on your ovary that is so large, that really does need looking after. I guess discuss everything very carefully with your doctor and definitely get a second opinion! I would just hate to see you go through a hysterectomy and hvae just the same symptoms on the other side. I'm sorry you've been hurting so much - take care and good health!
