i don't think this is a PCOS specific concern... but i know i have read about it SOMEWHERE. i think this might be the thing i read about where your cervix basically won't hold the baby in till term? or something? and if so, it's the thing where a doc will put a suture or two in to keep it shut until it's time for it to be open. not sure. i know i have read about it, and i know i have read aboout there being a way around it... i just can't remember where. i'd say go with semd's advice... good luck.
