Hi Jenni, I wish you lots of luck with Atkins! I lose weight fast when I am on his plan. I went off for about a month, but luckily I only gained back 2 1/2 lbs. Now I am back on it, and today (third day) I am down two pounds. I am looking to lose 15lbs more. Then I will see how I am looking before i decide whether to lose more. Keep us updated on your progress!! Or feel free to email me.
