I would like to say that just being diagnosed is a big step. You can expect to feel some joy in knowing that there IS something wrong, but also disappointment in that you went so long with no help. Remember that what you are feeling, other women on this board have felt and are feeling. Talk about it. Learn as much as possible about the disease and how to fight it. Research on this board is great and Amazon.com carries a couple of good books on PCOS. Remeber, we are here if you need us.
