I'm on 1500 mg of Met, and not really following any particular plan...just watching my "white" intake; white sugar, white flour, white foods in general. I took 50 mg of Clomid on days 5-9, after having a Provera induced period. I was scanned on day 14, then on day 16, and got the HCG shot, and was inseminated on day 18.
