I have very stubborn hair! on my legs it's common to see like 3 hairs growing out of one follicle. as you guys can probable relate, i shave in the morning and by afternoon my legs are stubble. to make matters worse, my skin is very fair and my hair is black, so even immediately after i shave it looks like i haven't shaved for a day or so. i've tried wax but when i rip the stuff off my skin is red but my hair is still there. i've tried cream removers with the same results. i've tried cream remover on my upper lip and the hair comes off but comes back in two days. any advice or opinion would be great!
