Hi Diana - First of all, welcome to the board! It's full of some really amazing and knowledgeable women and hopefully you can get a lot of your questions answered here. It sounds as though your doctor's are certainly not doing everything possible to help you with your PCOS, because your symptoms are getting worse. What doctor thinks a worsening condition is okay?? One of the main things to consider looking into is an insulin sensitizer - they can make a whole world of difference. Read the boards for a bit and see what you think. Also, I'll send you in the direction of the PCOS Association site, http://www.pcosupport.org - they have a great beginner's kit and some other info that can help you figure out what your best treatment options are. Finally, of COURSE you can and will have a family. PCOS often means subfertility. That does NOT mean infertility. Many of us need a little extra effort in getting pregnant, but don't let any doctor tell you that it is impossible based on a diagnosis of PCOS. Instead of babbling on I'll end here and let everyone else fill in :) Do email me if you'd like to talk or if there is anything I can help you with!
