Determining egg quality before trying to conceive?

I have an appointment with my doctor to discuss my suspicion I have PCOS coming up early next month, but before then I've one question I haven't found an anwer to. I know PCOS can cause not just anovulation, but also poor egg quality in the eggs that are ovulated, but that it doesn't happen all the time. Is there a way to figure out before trying to conceive which group one falls into? Other than trying to conceive for (more) months on end?
