Just a thought... Low carbing is difficult, but, I have pretty much made it a way of life. No more breads, pastas, potatoes, etc... anyway, I still do enjoy a small bowl of Ben & Jerry's ice cream each night after dinner. I still stay within my daily carb count...but it helps with that "sweet" fix. I also buy the one which I have found to have the last carbs...Pulp Addiction. A combo of Orange & Cream & Chocolate...yummy!!
