Colposcopy and surgery...

I just had my second colposcopy yesterday. The first one was 8 years ago, and I had subsequent cyrosurgery and then a LEEP surgery when that didn't work afterwards. My doctor told me yesterday she doesn't want to do another LEEP considering I've already had one, and since I don't have kids, another LEEP may prevent me from carrying a child. Does anyone know if this is true, and should I be worried about not being able to carry a child? It would seem to me that if I had 3 or 4 of them already, maybe, but I could be wrong. Any advice would be helpful, as I am desperately trying to convince my fiancee we need to start a family as soon as we get married in June, rather than wait a year as we had planned.
