Let's Start a Personal History File for Others to use in getting Diagnosed..

There have been so many posts lately about women trying to gather information to take to their doctors in an effort to get diagnosed. Do you think it would be helpful for those of us that have a confirmend diagnosis to keep a draft of our personal history, symptoms, tests used to diagnose us, medications and treatments we are on, what works for us and what doesn't and our Physician's names & recommendations ( if they are PCOS friendly) so that we could print them off and send them to anyone who needs more ammo to take to their physician's office. I know doctors won't take much stock in our "laymans'" messages, but it may help the women feel more confident & in control as they face these "Doubting Thomases". I just thought it might be helpful to have a concise, orderly version of our stories at hand to send to those in need. Let me know what you think. I know that when I first went in to suggest that my problem was PCOS, I would've felt a lot better having reliable information from other PCOSers around the country & world! Please feel free to e-mail about this.
