Hi Jilly.. I was also taking Inositol at one time. I took mine a bit differently than Barbara did though. I was taking mine about 1/2 hour after both lunch and dinner...along with L-Carnitine. I was taking my Chromium about a 1/2 hour before bfast and dinner. I can tell you that I had no side effects and taking the others was my choice alone. Good luck to you! Alexis
