I'm very sorry that you have GAD. I kinda think that pco makes it worse because i tend to stay in the pms time for longer. I tried Effexor but had an adverse reaction to it after one pill. My doctor put me on zoloft. that combined with daily exercise has made a world of difference. I do a combination of weight lifting and aerobic for 1/2 to 1 hour a day. Not only does it make me look better but it is an excellent stress reliever. Be warned however that when you first start exercising you anxiety symptoms may feel worse. this does cease, however if you keep it up. I would love to talk to you if you would like anymore information. feel free to email me at angelscott@crestview.gulf.net. I know how you're feeling, believe me, you will feel better. I know when you're going through it you feel like it's not going to get better, but it will. best wishes. Angel
