The opnly real difference I see is that just before I get my period my depression gets worse. ( I am also on an anti-deppresant.) I came across an article written by someone who described everything from depression to heart palpations to mood swings etc. When I showed the letter to my husband he asked "when did you write this." I think because pcos is a syndrome there are man different things that our hormones and bodies do that are not documented i.e high cholestrol etc.
