I agree - if you check the boxes with the same color ink, they'll do the tests. Since your doctor claimed she/he didn't "know how" to order the tests you wanted, then i guess you'll have to help her/him out :) Then when they get the tests back, you can get a copy of them (it's your right) and take them to another doc if you want.
