First and foremost thank you all for being so kind and wonderful. This board is amazing=) My story is nuts...I dont know what to think. Here goes: I stopped the pill a few months back and I did not have a period for until I went to the doctor and he put me on Aygestin. Before the Aygestin I had the blood work, IGTT and ultrasound done. The ultra sound showed some cysts on my ovaries and the bloodwork was perfect except my LH/FSH ratio was 3.1 and the IGTT was all normal. Now here is my dilema. I have no other symptons of this syndrome. I'm a size 4, full head of hair, great skin, no excessive hair etc. My only problem is my periods have always been irregular. My doctor does not think I have this syndrome. What do you ladies think of my situation...should I go to another doctor? Is it possible to have LH/FSH ratios of 3.1, cysts and irreg. periods and not have PCOS. I tell I'm the picture of health and always have been. I dont know what to think? Also, I had my LH/FSH ratio done again after the third day of my period (period started by Aygestin) and it was normal then 1.1 What should I do Thanks
