Melissa, I always have 2 weeks of back pain a month, sometimes I get a period and sometimes I don't. I also take pain killers, sometimes a massage helps and sometimes I stretch. I also get vaginal dryness and yeast infections. I recently saw some where that women with pcos suffer from more yeast infections thatn non pcos suffers and that it is believed (take this for what it is worth) that it has something to do with how much sugar we eat and so on and so on. Feel better and best of luck
