The PCOS meeting starts at 6:30pm. In less than an hour, I will come face to face with other women who fight this disease. Sounds inspiring, I know. Right now, though, it's a bit unnerving. Aside from my husband and my doctor, I have never talked in person with anyone about this who knew anything about it. I just wish one or more of you ladies were there... it would make a great connection to me. Ah, well. I will invite them all to join this board if they haven't already. I really hope that they are interested in getting community awareness up about this disease. As much as revealing that much personal stuff about my own body makes me want to squirm, I know it's necessary for the ultimate goal of saving more women from stupid, arrogant doctors. See you later!
