Re: (Not a) Stupid Smed QuestionFrom: Elle (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon, 6 Nov 2000 13:17:58 -0600 (CST)
Dear Smed, Not a stupid question at all, rather a pretty understandable one. If I say that I think the 28 days is from the time you start your cycle to the next time you start your cycle and I am wrong, then people will know that I am as clueless as you are in this. Can you blame us? When is the last time we actually counted days? I think what you are experiencing is what those other women out there call normal cycles. Any variance give or take a few days could always be attributed to the Metformin. My cycles are finally returning (I think), but they are shifting back to normal from the other direction. I am having a cycle a month, more than 28 days apart, around 35 days apart. So, if yours begin to lengthen a bit and mine begin to shorten, we can join the league of women who actually have a CLUE when their cycles will begin. That would be the first time in my life I had any idea. Kinda cool, actually. Take care,
-- Elle
