Strange symptons

Does any of this stuff have to do with PCOS or have any of you had this?

1. Weight loss where your limbs lose first? I am losing weight and its in all the wrong places making the shape of my body weirder and weirder. My abdomen is looking larger...(Ive watched the water retention) My arms and legs do not match my body at all!

2. Other brown spots....I have the acanthosis nigroisis in my arm pits, back of thighs and elsewhere however I am getting brown blotches on my forearms and above my knees. This stuff is concerning me.

3. Hearing loss. in right ear. This probably has nothing to do with PCOS. I am seeing a doctor for it, It is rapidly going down. I cant use a phone on that ear and have noticd that I am unable to hear in a college class when this has never been a problem bfore.
