Sometimes I will light several candles (vanilla scented or some other soft scent) and turn all the lights out. This will help me mellow out....sometimes. Even playing classical music very softly helps....or whatever music you like. However, when you have PCOS, sometimes you just have to deal with the tension. I hope you get to feeling better!
