Jennifer, I am sorry you are dealing with pain. I also get pain in my right side and to date everytime I say it is a cyst it is. You may want to tell your doc you would like an ultra sound to be sure it isn't a large cyst ready to rupture. The Glucophage my be causing an increase in cysts. Usually they are small and less painful, but if they are bigger they can cause the kind of pain you are discribing. Good luck to you. Tonya
