Armaotherapy is a great way to relax. A nice bubble bath with some candles can do the trick. If you can spend a day by yourself doing what you like, and then end the day with a nice bubble bath, maybe a good book or a your favorite movie, cuddle up with a nice blanket. If something is bothering you maybe writting it down will help you. Or maybe taking up something you always wanted to learn, can take your mind off what is bring you down. Take care! All the best!--Vicki--
