Actually when I am really feeling down I usually come here.... there's something about all of you that always makes me feel better! I can relax really fast if I can get my husband to give me a foot rub or scalp massage. Or I go out walking. If that's not an option, I tense all my muscles as much as I can before relaxing them a few times. As far as aromatherpay type things go, I know lavender is supposed to be good for relaxing but I usually just find it irritating as a scent... my favorite at the moment for making my life easier is cedar. Mmmmmmm! Hope you're feeling better!
