Smed.. first off let me say how much I enjoy reading your posts and replys everyday. You always have enough left in you for a touch of humour! Thanks for that. I have used lavender to relax. It's a great scent and you can buy it in candles or bath products. My hubby just bought me a desk top rock, water fall thing, but it makes me have to pee ! I find it the best when hubby just touches me. It doesn't have to be a deep massage or anything, just putting his hands on me and 'pet' me while we lay in bed. It puts me out every time. If all else fails.. a bottle of Jack Daniels works like a charm !! Hope your feeling better. Don't worry about last week, who cares. Don't beat yourself up for it. Did you have a brownie at all... telll me all about it...ummm... Keep your chin up girl, we're all here for ya.
