HI Smed, I have the perfect thing for you. I have a relaxation tape that works real well for me. It takes you through what they call a guided body scan using deep breathing it's about 45 min. long and it works. I could make you a copy of it because it's not sold in stores. I got it from a man i worked with who taught a stress reduction class and used it in class. Also for baths i use lavender alot or you can go to a bath and body store and pick out a scent that you like one that makes you feel good. Aromatherapy is great. try using candles that smell yummy... If you want a copy of the tape i would be more than happy to send one out just email me. Or you can try looking in some stores for relaxation tapes. Good luck, Stacy.:+)
