Well, what you are experiencing is normal from what I understand. I have researched a good bit about diabetes and the effects of that disease. Considering that IR is a diabetic type of disease, I would expect that the effects would be the same. When a diabetic's sugar or insulin fluctuates, it causes the "fog" you described. It is also common to become anti-social. You don't feel well and therefore want to be left alone.

Anyway, there is not a quick fix for this. I would say to try to follow your diet, eats small snacks (protein) between meals and take care of yourself. Realize that this is the disease causing these things and FIGHT it.
