I'm sorry I do not have an anwer to solve this problem, but I wanted to
let you know you are not alone. I am always forgetting where I put
stuff, driving past my exit, or just plain going the wrong way. I tend
to forget numbers that I use everyday all of a sudden, and have left my
purse various places many times. My husband and I will go see a movie,
then a month later I can not remember seeing it and he has to remind me
of the plot. I am starting to forget to do stuff at work, on top of
missing so much work, I am afraid I am going to get fired. I am always
writing myself notes and I have to leave things right in front of the
door so I do not forget. I even have to hang a sign on the door on my
way out of the house that says "lunch" so I do not forget to take it
with me in the morning. :P Pretty sad huh.

I was getting worried that I was actually getting stupider over the years, but read on one of the PCOS info sites that IR can create this. (very nice to learn when you think you're iq is going down hehe). It seems like my attention span has gone down (sometimes cant even get through a sentence w/0 forgetting what i was saying), and I dont remember basic things we learn in school.

It's like I'm self conscience, but has gotten where I dont go anywhere unless I absolutely have to. ANother odd emotional issue, just yesterday I was driving down our county road (im scared of driving and havent gotten my license but its legal on the county roads) and out of nowhere, I thought to myself "am I on the correct side of the road", and started getting really frightened. These kinds of things are happening all day everyday and I feel like I'm on a verge of a breakdown (if only i could cry).. anyone else have this?
