Hi Lisa,
So sorry to hear about your anxieties. It sounds like Thats really what it
is. Fear creates anxiety and so does out of wack hormones. It sounds like
you are afraid of going places because you are scared you wont be able to
hold down a conversation. I sometimes feel that way too. But i just try to
keep things in perspective. It's ok maybe you could try just reassuring
yourself that things are really ok and do some deep breathing 3 deep breaths
will help you get centered and feel a bit more focused. I hope this helps,
