When laser first came out the best candiates were light sking with dark hair, but that isn't the case anymore. There is a brand new laser thats just come out available on the East Coast (USA) during this summer it was only available in New York and D.C. area although I am sure by now its available in different cities. The consultation is always free so if you are interested call around and find out. Although you must remember laser is premenant reduction, every individual sees different results. Good luck!
