Anon - After trying 2 1/2 years to conceive and 4 failed cycles of Clomid - and flushing my fallopian tubes. I got pregnant a few months ago on a diet from my Endocrinologist on NO meds. I was on the diet from the day after my period started and stayed on it just 11 or 12 days. Appearently it set up a good ovulation so my Endo thinks. The diet is posted in the Archives sometime around late August/Early Sept. Unfortunately I did lose the pregnancy due to a chromosome problem - but as soon as I get another period I am going to start the exact diet again to see if it will work again. The Endo said "If you don't want to get pregnant on this diet - have your husband wear a condom." Or something like that- incredible.

He said most of his PCOS TTC patients conceive within 3 months on this diet. His name is Dr. James Hayes in DE and I "think" he published a phamplet or book but if you look at my old post you shouldn't need it. It wasn't easy but a baby sure is worth it. .

Good luck.

If you think you are a leader - look behind you, if no one is there - you are just taking a walk.
