Hey Koolaide,

Well first of all you are definitely NOT going crazy. Maybe call back your doctor ( don't settle for talking to the secretary or nurse) and speak to him and let him know that your appt. isn't until January and that in light of these problems you feel you need to see him sooner. He can tell the secretary to make room. I used to work for a few doctors and this was not unusual for people to call the doc and get a much earlier appt. Be firm. As far as your heart racing and trouble catching your breath, have you ever had a history of panic attacks? That would be one thing to check out too. Take Care and keep us posted.
