Naz...I'm not sure about laser or electolysis, but have you tried waxing. It is what I do. I love it. I wax every other weekend and the hair that comes back is not 'bristley'. You can get this done for not too much money at a finer salon. The first couple of 'rips' are a bit painful, I won't lie, but for me it works out great. Good luck.
