I had someone recently tell me that I could have endo (I'm still waiting on tests for pcos). It came from a chronic fatigue syndrome site and a woman was diagnosed with cfs and fibromyalgia (same as me) and finally had a laperoscopy (sp?) and she has endo. ONce she had surgery to remove it she says her symptoms have all but disappeared.
