PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE email me the name and author of the book. OMG I have been trying to research this and cant find any help.Last Feb I was 'ok' and my weight was 175. Due to stress from a legal case and then my son being diagnosed with a rare muscle disease my weight suddenly went up to my current 230 by May. I have the symptoms of PCOS but they seem the same for the adrenal mess up.My Dr. said no matter what I do if my adrenal gland is messed up I could fast for a month and work out 2 hours a day and my weight will continue to go up. I'm having more blood work done before starting on other meds. PLEASE HELP ME and send me the name of that book. ( yes Im desperate AND I have pms LOL ) Thanks so much. SU
