Are you able to use Actos if you are trying to conceive? I am interested in this medication as a Plan B for me if the Metformin doesn't kick in.

Thanks,

I would not know, I do not want children at all, and am hoping for a tubal ligation as soon as I lose enough weight to be approved for the procedure.

That being said, my doctor does not take fertility or pregnancy into account with any of my PCOS treatment so you would have to ask a doctor if it is safe to take when pregnancy is desired.
