Carmen, I am so sorry you are having sure a difficult time.I'm not sure if I can help, but i'll try.You did not mention if you have pursued the use of insulin sensitizers. If you haven't you may wish to. Even some people without Insulin Resistance have been reported to have had success restoring ovarian function with the assistance of metformin/Glucophage and/or Avandia. All Dr's are not necessarily well informed about the use of these medications for the treatment of PCOS, so sometimes it takes being an aggressive patient to educate your health care provider to get the care you need. Also, has your Dr. discussed IUI as an option for you? Good Luck
