Some good news about this whole excercise thing.. you may have already seen it but there is a study out now that is saying (and I have heard this before) that 10 minute blocks of excercise throughout the day can be as effective as excercising for 30 or 40 minutes all at once. Good news especially when You're in the office all day. I get out and walk around our complex twice a day for about 15 mins and I have noticed a difference since I started that. (I also walk after work most of the time too though - so I can't say which walk is responsible :-) Susan C.
