WHEN I was "really into it" I was running 20 minutes 4x week, walking a mile 5x a week, 40 crunches 6x a week, 40 leg lifts 6x a week, and lifting an 8 lb weight for 50 reps each arm 6x week. Although I have slowed at this routine, it helped me tremendously...down about 30 lbs in 5 months. alexis
