I think it depends on alot of things. When I was keep carbs between 20-30 a day, I was loosing quite a bit. You have to find what is right for you...lower your carb intake until you start loosing. Or, what I did was start off at 20...see if you lose anything, if so, gradually build up to see how many carbs you can intake and continue losing. For me, MAX is about 40-50. Good luck! alexis
