I totally understand. I have the same problem. I have never tried Spiro, or anything else for that matter. I've only been diagnosed with PCOS for 11 days now. I have to admit, it was nice to know that there was a reason for all the strange things going on with my body. But I hope that I can be as encouraging to the rest of you as you have been for me so far. Right now I pluck ( I am not comfortable enought to let it grow long enough to wax) So I'll try and keep up with the suggestions in here.
